The KPI Reports application offers a real time graphical representation of the business at any level within the Manufacturer to Sales Person hierarchy. On entering the application, business logic is executed and an appropriate representation of the business is offered based on the hierarchical level of the logged in user. The logged in user should never be able to view data on a level higher that his/her own status within the hierarchy.

The KPI reports system can takes data from a variety of sources including:
- Online manual entry forms
- Data from activity recorded in Loyalty Logistix Showroom System
- Data from activity recorded in Loyalty Logistix Loyalty Smart Card System
- Data feeds from Loyalty Logistix Footfall Counter System
- Data feeds from 3rd party applications (e.g. dealer management systems).

Data collected is processed and a range of Performance Reports are produced. Reports are tailored to particular customer needs. Example reports produced are:
- New Sales
- Projected Sales
- Used Sales
- Market Penetration
- Finance Penetration
- Sales Process (sales per opportunity, sales per test drive, sales per finance proposal)
- Lost Sales Reasons
- OTDB (by : lead type, campaign cost, country)
- New to used Ratio and Stock turn
In each of the reporting areas a breakdown by Country, Region County, Retail outlet and Model is provided. Users select their required analysis time period.
