Assisting Motor Retailer Networks to improve performance
Dealer Profiling is a web based application whose purpose is to provide the input and auditing functionality for a retailer development programme, whilst supporting the needs of the key personnel responsible for the management of change. Output functionality (data analysis and report generation) is linked by a separate application (KPI Reports).
|
The purpose of Dealer Profiling is to assist Motor Retailer Networks to improve performance without the cost of one to one consultancy. This may well involve process or procedural change, or staff training to meet certain standards or attitudes.
The system has a number of core functions. These are broadly categorised under six headings, although these appear seamless to a user:
- Planning and Assessment

A process for recording planned changes in standards.
- Progress Monitoring
A system that will alert the responsible parties if tasks are not completed. It will also inform the retailer and network management staff of any failure.
- Setting Goals and Targets
A database of recognised operating standards, both public domain and ones those that are proprietary to Loyalty Logistix or specific retailer networks.
- Retailer Network Configuration
A system that creates and configures a network´s desired standards and sets the weighting that establishes the profile.
- User Administration
A system that allows users to be set up and given access rights and permissions through user profiles.

 |
Admin Console |
An admin console is provided for carrying out administration functions including
- Defining roles/permissions
- Managing users
- Event logging
- Audit reporting
- Maintaining system hierarchy (retail outlets, groups, districts, regions, countries)
|
 |
